Second, there seems to be some discussion (largely buried among the personal attacks - they make me feel so much better about being here and my investment!) about what may transpire before year end. The word ``launch`` has been tossed re: the Mede. Then there are suggestions of existing customers or pending announcments of actual sales. REALITY CHECK: As far as we KNOW, we don`t even have a working full-function prototype yet. Ergo, I suspect any ``launch`` will be of the existence of a working prototype/demo unit - maybe full-function, maybe not. By year end? Clearly that`s the target, but REALITY CHECK again; this is development work - a very risky affair when one attempts to placing time lines (that`s why, in the real world, contracts for development work virtually never have a date certain for delivery attached, but rather incentives for development milestones with somewhat arbitrary wishful dates assigned - the later the achievement, the lesser the reward).
So, IMO, the ``launch`` will be the announcement (maybe) of the availability (for demo) of a working Mede with some level of functionality beyond that of the old digE. They could meet their stated objective/target by merely announcing a semi-functional demo unit before year end. That`s what I`m expecting, and I think I`m being realistic.
Will such an announcement bolster our PPS? Not much IMO. I actually still expect us to see some new lows before year end due to tax loss selling. Money has been made elsewhere (except for us that are all in here). EDIG is the prime offset candidate. But assuming we do see a little sell off dropping the PPS, I`ll probably be a buyer - before the sellers` 30 days elapse and they buy back in. Why would they do THAT? Cuz `06 is looking pretty good, and at minimum is ``do or die`` time - the pinacle of OTC.BB investment risk-taking. How could anyone possibly pass that up?! LOL
