Well, it seems we are at an impass ... IMO, HANDAL does not want to move forward until this damn IPR petition is granted or dismissed... The PTAB made a bad call in my opinion and Purcel has asked them to look at it again and dismiss it.... Personally, I have doubts they will do the right thing but I hope they do. But, in my experience, powerful entities have a hard time admitting when they are wrong. We shall see.

In light of the current status of the district court case as noted above and the rapidly-approaching date for the PTAB to determine whether to grant Micron’s IPR petition, e.Digital and Micron now recognize that it is more efficient for the district court to stay its proceedings pending a determination of Micron’s IPR.
