letgo, when I read that....e.Digitals legal team have the same thoughts we have.

The IPR will be a political wash...if the statutory rules are not adhered to. To me it means Micron already has the PTO review board in its pocket.

This statutory issue will be on the list for an appeal.

IMO, we will get a dis-favorable ruling if the IPR goes forward....the deck is stacked.
