We have a collection of miscarriages of justice.....

1.Co Markman ruling...Debatable as to judges ignorance.

2. CE ruling tying 108 to 774 ...where that injustice was turned around.

3. Currently IPR ruling denying e.Digital the benefit of statute law, and allowing a Petition date to Petitioner... 12-31-2014.

Purcell filed for an IPR er-hearing on that matter pointing out the statutory issue....where it's possible it will still be ignored.

Do you feel the PTAB are ignorant of statutory laws? After all it's their business to know these issues.

Dish the point is, all three issues are political from my prospective. ...where time is not our friend.
