Thing is, now that you understand the statutory issue as explained by Purcell, that apparently the review board of the PTO is unaware of (and I doubt that for one minute).... would you want to have the review done by the PTO administrators/designators currently making the decisions?

I was for having the review, however after reading that...I'm not. Not by the current directors anyway. We need to be up against a company with less community stature...lol

Tainted is what it all speaks to me.
