I understand the disappointment, waiting 10/15/20+ years and seeing the pps at .10/.11, how it creates negativity in general, but trying to connect Flash-R dots settlement wise, to a yet unknown, in effect is spreading FUD.

There's enough sentiment gloom and doom wise, why create more with zero facts to back it up? Why beat that drum?

The Dropcam suit, 1st of 3, IMO sets the stage, as to how the "Pacers will flow" for #2 & #3. I'll also stick to my opinion that Nunchi #7 baby will be in an ammended complaint, probably for all 3, then more suits will follow. Why do I believe #7 will be added? For the same reason all the children have been added to the lead patent. Using ALL the Nunchi IP makes the infringers product offering even better...little devils.

As articles surface here, more and more products looking to have a Nunchi flavor, such as Amazon - Echo posted by parkside, they are sent to Fred's desk. I look at this "forwarding" task from our group to be assisting the team at and of EDIG, possibly in identifying infringers BS IP has not dug into yet, in fact, at the 8-29-13 SHM, Fred mentioned the information has been helpful, we appreciate it, keep it coming..."thanks Joe."

I'm not going to paint some negative picture that Handal & Company will settle for chump change re: Nunchi, futhermore; Flash-R settlements are funding the effort, to fight the bigger fights.

That's my .10/.11 opinion.
