Now, it seems, as much of you have already figured out... We have two sides of the street to watch... the IPR PTAB side of the street... and the Court side of the street.

IMHO.... like I said before... its all about LEVERAGE...

Now, as I said before, this is only a LAY PERSON'S synopsis or a simple minded view of "WHATS HAPPENING NOW".. in the world of litigation for e.Digitla and Micron. All other opinions are welcome... for sure... anyone with a LEGAL MINDED VIEW would certainly be appreciated.

Micron (JONES DAY) is pushing for the IPR hoping they get it to apply PRESSURE to e.Digital to get the PATENT 108 claim 1 deemed INVALID or the claim NARROWED or to get e.Digital to settle for far less .... and e.Digital (HANDAL) is hoping to get the IPR dismissed to apply PRESSURE to Micron (JONES DAY) to continue onward towards trial or a MUCH LARGER settlement on the court side of things... whatever the case.

Now, if e.Digital (HANDAL) gets the Judge to squash Micron's request for "Micron seeking granting modification & amend answers"... then we move closer to getting to the COURT Scheduling side of things moving forward. Which works to e.Digital's advantage.

In my opinion, e.Digital has the advantage as far as the court is concerned but Micron caught a break when PTAB decided to deny e.Digital's request for IPR dismissal.... but PTAB has not yet decided to continue.... and with that I leave you with the immortal words of Yogi Berra... "It ain't over till it's over.

So, in the meantime, the SHAREHOLDERS sit patiently (or unpatiently for some), waiting, as we have done for years until this thing UNFOLDS.

The one thing I am sure about is.... ATTORNEYS are EXPERTS at DRAGGING THEIR FEET...and making things as complicated as possible in order to SLOW DOWN the PROCESS. So, for now, Micron squirms hoping for PTAB to accept and continue with the IPR hearing and e.Digital is pushing forward with the Court case.

It seems we have a push pull situation... who wins?... For now, the ATTORNEYS, thats who...LOLOLOLOL
