Doni, tks for all your input....I still do not understand much of the "techie" stuff but I do get the impression you feel Micron is trying to connect the dots of "Prior Art, Krueger...etal..with EDig's 108 and you do not think that connection is there and you feel pretty positive about that.

If that is the case certainly Micron's experts should see the same thing. If so just why are they pursuing this action???.....108's CC have been legally proven. Could Microns motivations be strictly "a shot in the dark" hoping to get a favorable or non-knowledgeable judge to rule in their favor????

Just what to they hope to gain if they do get a favorable ruling?? Does that mean 108 is effectively proven non-infringeable???
