The info was provided via Fred due to a question, "what does she do, she's no longer an employee, does not attend SHM's, why does she remain on the BOD?"

He also said she attends the quaterly BOD meeting telephonically as does Eric.
Plus, MarDee has taken over the accounting, formerly done by Renee in her CFO role.
If Fred did not use Renee in her audit role, he'd have to outsource it, so it's better to utilize her as a BOD member for this SEC function.
