That these rulings have been made to favor the big guys who have stolen every thing and have made it their bussiness to make sure that the courts see it their way. Other wise why is it that the fear fgactor is in our court and not theirs. They have for years played their game of theft and some how knew that they can get away with it 80 percent of the time. Those are great odds especially since the settlements are small in comparison to the pay outs if it goes against them. 500 million to Apple is not even spit in the ocean. No matter what you might invent they will steal it and benefit from it long before you can make a dime and they know it. Now thats justice for them and the cold finger of fate for us.
