BLR , Petitions for IPR are instituted for at least one challenged claim 84 percent of the time,BUT as you said with two very positive CC on all claims and as Handal disclosed in Pacer response that this is not a complex issue because it deals with only one claim ,it may be more favorable for e.DIGITAL how the review board will decide in this regard .JMHO
