Maybe I am confused--I thought that the ruling yesterday was that our motion to deny Micron the ability to have an IPR because it was not filed in a timely manner was denied. So they will have a three person panel decide within the next 90 days is an IPR is warranted. I therefore surmised that the rest of the 108 defendants will probably ask for stays to see if the IPR is granted or not. Anyone please correct me, anyone. I viewed it that Micron caught a break when the ruling said their request for a hearing was within the proper time period and valid.
