In 2016, all 6 of the Flash-R patents will have entered the public domain. Even with this 6 year thing, the hot air baloon will have falling to the ground, people still in the basket, eating their sack lunches.

Nunchi, microSignet and new IP has to be producing revs or our baloon remains on the ground.

Fred has a life outside of EDIG like we all do, and as we age, especially getting into our mid 60's, things are changing fast, to include our family matters, of which I'm going thru as we speak.

There's a time to get out of the baloons basket, when it's on the ground, and a time to stay if there's plenty of fuel to keep the flame burning and rise to the heavens.
