Well you really cannot steal vaporware.

Now whether or not Nunchi is vaporware can be argued of course and I realize most here would completely deny that label. However we have seen nothing 'real' yet from the company (not even the purported 'demo') and it has not yet been demonstrated/proven that any 'real' system/software that is running today is truly infringing on the concept or teachings of Nunchi. I'm not talking about people's opinions... I mean in the opinion of the courts which is all that really matters when the company is trying to sue entities into taking a license.

I know if I were Dropcam, I'd be feeling quite put upon having to prove that what I did was obvious and not infringing any silly 'Nunchi' patents. That's what we're up against and why Handal needs to force the issue by going all the way in the court system. Even if we've got the goods, we're going to have to prove it before significant dollars flow our way.
