Nobody knows accept IPmetrics, Handal & EDIG whether or not the 3 current Nunchi suits, if they signed NDA's or not.
IMO I doubt they did.
I mean, why would they sign NDA's, steal the tech anyway, putting themselves at more financial risk? Makes no sense to me...
The other thing us folks here don't know, accept the MSFT comment at the 8-29-13 SHM, who the other outfits are who were notified of the patents, offering a license and to conduct DD an NDA was required.

The "many" we assumed meant, NDA's were signed.
