Well, we didn't reach a million shares today..... but someone(s) invested about $125,000.00 today. That's more than average and the week is not over yet. I added more as I see some others did. This court ruling, IMO, is too compelling to ignore. At this point I believe there are some mm games going on because they need shares to sell. Additionaly, others who purchased in the lower range may be selling some to lower there per share costs. Also, IMO, the technical picture is encouraging in that the MACD is moving up. And the volume is moving up. And I saw the PR on MarketWatch website this AM. All good things as I see it. It might be a slower move up and I am OK with that. Investors as opposed to traders can keep the share price stable as it moves. GLTAL

I heard from my broker that the ask moved up to .1285 just after the close. The mm's must know about the news and its implications for our company and the others. MM's don't like getting caught with their pants down, but they can become quick change artists if the theatrics call for it.
