People who have been in EDIG 10 to over 20 years, are so used to disappointement, the feeling of current success feels very weird...I don't know how to comprehend it...lol.

We have come a long way since Fred signed Handal & Assoc up, after DM ran out of steam, and there were doubts by many that a 3 person firm could handle the work load a pace of it all. Boy were they wrong!

I remember posting a few times, "we are in good hands with DM" and at the time, since we never had any representation before, and being on contingency, I felt very good about our chances. We did in fact garner some bucks to fight the fight, then CO happened and all the air leaked out of our ballon, and cost us 3+ years.

Had Fred et all not struck a deal with Handal, very likely EDIG would be a thing of the past.

The DM & Handal settlements has not only funded the core part of the business (7 employees), it gave us R&D money to keep Nunally on board as a private consultant, to create Nunchi & micro-Signet, along with Bostenaro & others, with NEW IP in development per the bullet point in the Feb 12 PR.

I have taught myself to temper my enthusiasm after a decade and a half of disappointment after disappointment, getting all worked up for nothing. Just when I thought the tide had turned, it did not.

I see it very differently now, with CE & 2 CC's behind us, a determined lawfirm who is kicking butt in court, we have a much different future.

I liken recent events in construction terms, that the foundation is poured, the cement is curing, then the walls will go up, and so on. We have never been in this position before, feels like I'm dreaming it all up...lol.

Thanks to many here who contribute to the rest of us, we all know who, this is the most informed group on the message board scene. Why do you think the other boards read us daily? Why do you think people who left this board are returning, even with new aliases? How about the board views?

I can't wait to see what Handal's next move will be. I sense a full court press by their team. Nothing, I mean NOTHING is going to stop them from completing their mission, and I hope they make a bundle doing it, and it trickles down to where it belongs, US!!!

Even though my confidence level has risen greatly, I don't dwell on it like in the past, just sit back, relax, participate here and let it all unfold as it may.
