On January 21, 2015, Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation filed a complaint against
Defendants Apacer Technology, Inc., Apacer Memory America, Inc., Mouser
Electronics, Inc., and Norcomp, Incorporated. (Doc. No. 1.) On January 26, 2015,
Plaintiff served Apacer Memory America, Inc. with the complaint. (Doc. No. 12 at 2.)
On January 28, 2015, Plaintiff served Norcomp, Incorporated with the complaint.
(Doc. No. 9 at 2.) On February 18, 2015, Plaintiff filed an unopposed motion to
extend the time for Defendants Apacer Memory America, Inc. and Norcomp,
Incorporated to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint. (Doc. No. 15.)
The Court, for good cause shown, grants the motion. Defendants Apacer
Memory America, Inc. and Norcomp, Incorporated must answer or otherwise respond
to Plaintiff’s complaint on or before
April 28, 2015.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
