To me, that means the digital data of conversation will be embedded with device finger print technology (encryption) that can only be unwrapped (decrypted) by a corresponding device....e.g a flash chip in one phone identifying a flash chip of a corresponding phone, with that no one can listen in on conversation (off ramp voice data). A combo of Cache and Flash

Now add removable flash memory in that process, where the conversation unwraps through a removable identifier.

Appears they applied...and would be first to apply....for privacy considerations.
