...and the initial fee schedule if I'm not mistaken was for flash litigation . It is hard to know if that 30k/mo. also covers the new IP (Nunchi ) . Also I believe the 30k/mo. didn't include other costs (such as say paying Blue Sands) which may be an add on. Bottom line is it is difficult if not impossible to decipher the legal expense line item.
