What be-little? If I complain that it has taken 3.5 years, then I am told: "It is what it is". Okay then.

Now everyone would like to think that the company has a very strong case and that the value of settlements is necessarily going to increase substantially because of it.

I just said that is still unproven and suggested that we may yet have many more battles to fight through the court system against companies not so easily convinced or ready to throw in the towel.

So it is what it is.

And as I have said before and will remind again.... whether or not we proceed to an actual trial against anyone has a lot more to do with Handal than whatever company we are suing. Companies have so far been settling with e.Digital left and right... not because we have such a strong and impenetrable case, but because the bar has been set so low as to make settlement an easy decision versus the legal fees to fight us.

I realize you see things differently, but I personally don't see any value in e.Digital's IP until/unless that value starts trickling down to shareholders.
