10. The accused products for purposes of the ’108 patent include but are not limited to the Defendant’s memory card products for Flash Memory Storage. the Defendant’s memory card products for including but not limited to its USB, SSD, SD, microSD, and/or Compact Flash products. The accused products include but are not limited to Defendant’s Lexar® Platinum II SDHC™ UHS-I Card product.

11. The accused product, alone or in combination with other products, practice each of the limitations of independent claim 1 of the ’108 patent.

The Lexar entity has been identified to practice all of claim 1.....lol

Micron paid 360,000,000 for an entity that had no guts.... what so ever.

They should have saved the 360 mill and used it for legal fees and Infringemet considerations.

Why do these companies do this? Micron is a punching bag, where, IMO, Intel took liberity of that as well.

IMO, Micron is an entity meant to take the heat. Lets hope that includes all the flash supplied to Intel on the IMF buyout deal.
