Not much of a bone, we'd have to guess as to the defendants...lol

I say there is nothing from SNDK or Huawei on the 13th. With that, perhaps, maybe, something of acknowledgment of the re-hearing option afforded to GoPro and Pantech, however, I tend to feel they are not going to acknowledge tomorrow.

If there are negotiations taking place, Fred just might signal us in some manner in a formal report.
