set up an account on the USPTO to purchase files?

I have....lol

Amazing how, recently, times have changed.

If you do set up, be prepared to pay 25.00 bucks for a paper file and snail mail delivery between 10 and 20 days....for every file selected....

If you want to order the full WRAPPER(all files) of an application...200.00 bucks.

The USPTO offers Internet delivery, however, as noted, for certain files only.

Guess what files the option of Internet delivery are not available? 445 and 108.

If the option was available, the files would only be 3.00 bucks per.

The "IMAGE FILE WRAPPER" tab on the Public PAIR ...does not exist for the 108 or 445 patents any more, or at this time....However, 774 and 737 have the "IMAGE FILE WRAPPER" tab available and files are visible.

With that, if anyone has viewed the 108 or 445 petitions filed in the month of April...they may be a matter of maintenance fees and not filings by Intel.

I consider that, because, if you review 737 and view the petition filed in the month of April...it's a maintenance issue. Where the patent took on a new status...going from small business entity to having to pay fees for large business entity. Fee's where paid bring the details up to date. Duane Morris(James Y Sze) took care of the issue.

With that, I'd say Intel never filed petition... comparing the month of April 2014 petition actions between the three patents.

Can't say for sure though, not being able to view the files of 108 and 445.
