An NDA is a non disclousure agreement. I'm going to show you what I have that you can use in what you produce. I agree not to disclose what your making to anybody but at the same time this agreement doers not allow you to steal what I have shown you. That language is simple and plain.
If you sign a one way agreement then your a fool.
What has happened here with EDIG is simple.
Do you remember what happened at Furgurson with those that broke into the store and stole what ever. The first guy opened the store and the rest just followed. It was easy just go through the door the owner can't do any thing about it.
Those that violated the rights to the property of EDIG did the same thing. They thought that EDIG couldn't do anything about their violation so they just stole what was available. Well the time has come where EDIG has the ability to finger point those who were involved. They have those products that have used EDIG's patented idea and there is a "LAW" that clearly defines the ownership of the idea. What is now happening is that these that used that idea to enhance their product are refusing to pay for that use. Some are saying that there is a conflict of ideas, but the patent office clearly states that the ideas belong to EDIG. So what we now have is the delaying game to see who wears out first.
EDIG has waited 15 years or so and now is the time for retribution. It comes in the form of money owed and fines. That these companies don't like but I say tough, pay up as some have. And there is more to come.
