Their time has run out...They are, IMO, deep into talks.

The six new cases can apply IPR, if they have the fortitude.... IMO, no problem if applied timely and common sense presides. Just like I read in smans post.

I agree with SP though, If the right news comes out of e.Digital, this sucker moves.
