I have no idea, just know what I heard with my own ears--just guessing I guess it is possible that we are somehow involved, either that or we will be suing Microsoft in the near future with treble damages because we gave them the info and they subsequently stole it or also possibly that it is enough different than Nunchi that the PTO felt that they could approve both?
