OPENING OF MEDIATION AND EARLY NEUTRAL EVALUATION PANELS

The ADR Program of the United States District Court, Northern District of California, is now accepting applications for the Mediation and Early Neutral Evaluation panels. Although there is a single application, these are separate panels; applicants may apply for either or both. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning immediately and must be received no later thanTuesday, December 23, 2014, to be considered.
