Exactly why EDIG has a poison pill in the by-laws!! I am not interested in a buyout. It has happened to me several times before and it was a huge disappointment. The potential of huge gains vanished as the shares were converted to Monster companies that absorbed the value. When a small company increases its sales by 100's of percent the stock price can skyrocket! When those profits are diluted into a Monster company the stock price of the Monster company may go up just in 10's of percentage points.

I can dream of $24.00 a share.... And this dream was a reality way back when ( and I and many of the intelligent investors where there too ) ... and as you say on just hopes and "nada' the price surged! This time we have patents on two mega on emerging technology. Can I dare dream of $48.00 per share?? I can! And so can many others!
