Tteddy, no one on this board in their right mind would approve an 11 cent per share buyout. At least not I. And not you!

IMHO, Edig is a loaded spring. With a couple of big licenses announced for either Nunchi or MicroSignet or both, this could soon be well over a dollar per share. Then we need to reevalutate where the pps is going, and what the business plan is... Any buyout offers would need to be voted on. I personally think $7/ share would be a nice start but the situation here is fluid. Right now for me at least -it is a wait and see what develops. I would love an eventual buyout but as Bob Barker would say "IF the price needs to be right!"
