We may be talking about two different things and anyone please correct me if I am wrong. It is my understanding that the claims construction hearing for Dropcam is scheduled for May 27, 2015. There are other things schuled regarding this case such as the Feb. conference and there will be ongoing communications leading up to the claims construction hearing, which I believe Handal wants to take place and does not want to settle prior to that.
