As you know, these things do not go up in a straight line for a long time. They go up, fall back, consolidate and then when there is new significant news move up from the new consolidation point. Ask yourself, do you think the stock price will be higher or lower in 3 months, 6 months, 9 months.............I figure the next point of resistance on the way up is the 18-20 cent range, however I am no technical expert--just what happened last time.
