They are agreed settlements.... much different than a judgment following a full-blown trial...where one could consider a win.
IMO, they each pay their own burdens, parse...however, if Handal negotiates from a positive position, Handal gets legal costs back as prevailed of the negotiation without a line item noted as legal costs…. where the other party truly pays its own costs.
From there it then falls back on the e.Digital / Handal agreement for entitlement considered to Handal.
