I should have clarified my reply was meant for everyone.

We have been thru so many years of waiting, only to be disappointed over and over, saying "this is our year" year after year, my brain can't figure out how good this is, but I'm getting there.

I've always said, pps is the litmus test...or similar words.

I'm trilled, yet still kinda wait and see.

Last year, told my Wife we should convert our two IRA's to ROTH's. I explained the large tax obligation we'd have to pay April 15, 2014 and it was a bundle, a big chunk out of our cash...she told me it was a bad idea but went along with it.

As of last Fri, on paper, the taxes we paid have been returned by a factor of five!

Now she thinks it was a good idea...lol.
