That is a possibility, however I think it was more likely just the judge. She was in tune with this patent and saw that little Edig had been wrongly delayed in the past and knew what her ruling was going to be without anymore research or pondering on her part. She did the right thing and put the decision out as soon as she could--my new favorite judge.
