I have gotten the claims construction work sheet from this group and place it side by side with the 12-12-2014 group hearing. Though the court has not tentatively ruled in this matter yet, the issue are identical, with one less term to construe...other than that they are exact.... so I would say, the court will tentatively have the same construction.

As you can see...SK hynix, Inc Settled after reading the 12-12-2014 claims construction tenative order. Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. did as well.

Micron has until February 27, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. to make up its mind....last issue standing for this group.
