They are settlements pre Colorado ruling...
My comments are post CO ruling....like a half dozen of the remaining CO defendants to settle up post ruling, where 108 / 445 were not asserted in any of the CO cases.
Along with all of the latest 70(?) defendants....where 108 / 445 were not asserted, settled on the merits of the CO 774 ruling....in the face of the CE issues.
HTC, Creative, Panasonic, listed above, were Colorado pre CO ruling... settlements.
I have all the companies noting licensing, up to those you point out....they were the tail end to settle in Colorado, the remaining six settled under the ruling for 774 only. From that point on, all issues fell to the CO ruling.
