Giants, e.Digital has been limping along since the CO ruling, 6-28-2011 in trying to hold 774 together. The momentum that was building prior to that date was lost.

As I see things, 108 will have the issues of claims 1 and 19 of 774 back in play. That includes the control circuitry issues...as outlined by Gurries in the re-exam process.

Where e.Digital goes from here is anyone’s guess....until e.Digital makes a statement.
