On December 6, 2013, Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation filed its complaint against
Defendant. (Doc. No. 1.) On November 10, 2014, the parties filed a notice of
settlement and joint motion to continue all deadlines until December 19, 2014 pending
settlement. (Doc. No. 37 at 2.) The Court orders a limited continuance of deadlines
in this action for the parties to effect settlement. Exercising its discretion, the Court
continues all deadlines until
December 19, 2014.
The Court appoints Levi William Heath, counsel for Verbatim Americas, LLC,
as the discovery liaison for this subset of consolidated cases.
The other remaining cases in this subset of the consolidated cases are 13-cv-
2905-H (BLM) ; 13-cv-2906-
1 H (BLM)2; and 13-cv-2943-H (BLM). The notice of
settlement and this order do not impact any deadlines for the remaining cases in this
group.
