"Will/Could this ruling change any of that?--I believe that it lessens the chances that the defendants will take it all the way through claim construction and a trial and increases the chances of an earlier settlement that will have to be a decent amount. However, many see this company as hanging on by a thread and not having time on our side. So they may choose to drag it out, spend attorneys fees themselves and make us do the same. I certainly hope not, but they could also appeal the latest ruling as a delaying/money drain tactic.
