Order setting initial case managementconference and

ADR deadline.

This action is assigned to the alternative dispute resolution

(ADR) Multi- Motion program by ADR local rule 3.

Counsel and clients shall familiarize themselves with the rule and with the material “ Dispute resolution procedure” in the Northern district of California.

1 , 14 , 2015 last day to meet and confer initial disclosures ,early settlement , ADR process selection and discovery plan.

1 , 28 , 2015 last day to file rule 26(F) report.

2 , 4 , 2015 initial case management conference in court room 9 , 19th floor at 2 PM.

File ADR certification signed by parties and counsel.

File either stipulation to ADR process or Notice of need for ADR phone conference.
