Immediate Past Patent LR 2-1(a)

becomes

Immediate Past Patent LR 2-1(b)

And (a) becomes

NEW Patent LR 2-1(a) Notice of Pendency of Other Action Involving Same Patent.

Not that the change is significant...just that the court had no prior provisions as the SC court does.

IMO, had e.Digital two NUNCHI cases going in SC the case might not have been moved to NC.

Anyway just an observation...
