“partial array self refresh,” zone management of refresh circuitry, an array being a zone of a memory

For those that read my previous post, regarding the above, one has to consider how they zone the arrays of RAM for refresh at varying time increments….

IMO, e.Digitals control circuitry could hand this issue if you remember all that stuff during the re-eaxm. “Power source connected to control circuitry for supplying electrical power to devices”

Devices being periphery elements ….e.g RAM, Flash, charge pumps… etc, where the power source being a secondary power reference connected.

Not to far fetched to consider the arrays within RAM being controlled by this method.
