28. Final Pretrial Conference. The final Pretrial Conference is scheduled on the
calendar of the Honorable Roger T. Benitez on
April 11, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. The trial
date will be assigned by Judge Benitez at the pretrial conference.
Hopefully there will some positive developments on Nunchi and MicroSignet during this long period of time. And not just more lawsuits, but someone actually using it in their technology.
Lawsuits have gotten us to .0359. Lower 52 week lows and lower 52 week highs. When you see trades going through at less than $5 cost per trade, I start to doubt
where we are headed. If that's MM signals, I do not know for what.
At this point for me it's all or nothing. Dollar cost averaging in the last few years has gotten me to a much better break even point, so a few positive developments would make the long haul worth the wait.

I don't know what's worse, watching this stock on a daily basis or watching the New York Jets attempt to be an NFL team.
