The company has always given 45 days notice +/-. This late in the year would put us into mid Dec...IMO not a good time, holidays etc.

We are OTCQB and not required to hold a SHM yearly.

None of us would have any knowledge of when, but my guess is between mid Aug to mid Nov next year. The history has been Sept or Nov, with the last on being 8-29-13.

Just my opinion from history...
