There are many reasons why it may not be pr'd. A.) Fred has either powder or jelly on his fingers from the donuts and can't write up the PR..(LOL… Sorry I could not resist… Strike me.) B.) It can not be PR'd until money exchanges hands? And we have not received the settlement monies yet? C.) Intel is a possible company to buy out e.Digital so why pr it? Hopefully it's "C"!
