Per the conspiracy theory, it seems to me that there is much more money to be made on the upside when a move with volume begins to build over time instead of these 200K share days under a dime trading for a fraction of a penny.

There is really no reason to buy based on current news, or the lack there of....

I think that is about to change in the short term.
