I don't expect Nick to capitulate from the onset and write a check, nobody else has...they put up a fight to a point, all in the effort to reduce the settlement amount. If the legal fees and other internal resource expenses are worth the effort, to cut us a smaller check, it's all part of the game.

Unfortunately, this is where EDIG/Handal sits.

It does frost the he.. out of me though, that all these companies are making mounds of cash on our patents...crooks...yes you Nick, Tim the Crook and all the other greedy bum CEO's out there!
