I should say overall Mr Handal performed very well
in responding to Appeal judge questions and he was
well prepared . I will post later on some excerpts of Mr
Handal and Appeal judge comments . I am not sure
how the appeal board will decide re Collateral estoppel
in regard to # 774 patent , but i will say after listening to
the Mr Handal ,defendant attorney & appeal judge
comment i am strongly convinced # 108 patent will be
denied to be part of collateral Estoppel. JMHO
