Yes, that is plain to see….that was not the problem and the motion for sanctions was not the problem….they ultimately followed normal procedure..

However, on the agreed settlement with subsequent ORDER of dismissal by the court...do you consider the judges comments added to the ORDER proper?

They are not proper...and e.Digital is letting the court know they were not proper.

We are, for some reason, on the bad side of that particular judge now…. it would be the only reason for his doing as he did.

What went wrong that would induce the judge to make the personal comments as he did?

As an investor, I have a concern for that matter, why did the judge do as he did????....

The comments are detrimental to e.Digital…realize it or not.
